Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and supporting overall HR management. This role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies, addressing employee concerns, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with teams across the organization to align HR processes with business goals worh Admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices
• Experience in HR Operations and implementing effective HR Policies
• Strong interpersonal skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Background in talent acquisition or recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
