Job Title : Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Medical Billing)

Department : Client Relations / Operations

Location : Nehru Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Shift : Multiple Shifts Available

Reports To : Manager / Operations Head

Summary :

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients in the medical billing and healthcare services domain. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, timely issue resolution, and overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Communication & Coordination : Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Respond to queries and ensure timely updates.
• Issue Resolution : Coordinate with internal billing, AR, and technical teams to resolve client concerns efficiently.
• Account Management : Track client performance, billing status, deliverables, and escalations.
• Reporting : Share weekly / monthly performance reports with clients using Excel / CRM dashboards.
• Retention & Satisfaction : Conduct regular follow-ups and feedback calls to ensure long-term client engagement.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client experience.
