Role Overview

As a Subject Expert & Program Lead , you will deliver multiple academic programs within your subject area through personalized, high-engagement instruction

Your responsibilities will include :

  • International Boards : Teaching IB, IGCSE, CBSE, and ICSE curricula with unique pedagogy
  • Olympiads & Challenges : Training for national and International competitions
  • Standardised Tests : Preparing students for subject-based aptitude and admission exams.
  • Content Development : Designing rigorous, structured, and student-friendly materials

    • Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree in the subject preferred (minimum : Graduate with proven teaching experience)
  • Strong subject expertise in their subject
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Confident, energetic, growth-oriented, and student-centric mindset

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Comprehensive Training : 2 months (compensated)
  • Post- Training- : ₹3,60,000 CTC annually + performance-based incentives
  • Work Hours : 50 hours / week (6 days). Yes its intense but you'll love it !
  • Travel : Business-related allowance
