Presales Executive(Voice Process)

Role Description

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Presales Executive – Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying leads, handling customer queries, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This is a voice-based process requiring excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on leads provided.
• Explain products / services and generate interest.
• Qualify leads based on customer requirements and forward them to the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM with lead information and call status.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely escalation of high-interest cases.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts.
• Meet daily / weekly call and conversion targets.

Key Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience in real estate or home interiors industry is a plus.

In-hand Salary budget- upto Rs 35000 per month.
