Job Description

Role : Commercial Analytics (Analyst / Associate)

Experience : 1-2 years

Must Have -Life sciences Commercial analytics, Marketing effectiveness, Field Force Analytics as key skills

Roles & Responsibilities

The candidate will work closely with client facing teams and or clients directly and will be responsible for specific responsibilities in one or more of the following areas :

• Excellent understanding of Pharma Data sets – Commercial, Claims Data, EMR, Digital
• Strong experience
• Marketing Analytics – Marketing Mix, Campaign effectiveness, Omnichannel
• Commercial Analytics – Product Launch, Segmentation and Targeting, Dashboards
• Deliver data and BI / analytics driven engagements
• Strong business acumen
• Strong project management skills
• To actively engage in knowledge learning & sharing
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to summarize the essence in speech & in written communication
• Ability to influence and lead others

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications / skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
