Job Timings : 04 : 00 AM to 01 : 00 PM
The Data Management & Lead Administration Specialist is a critical support function responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and structure of our core operational and sales data. This role involves meticulous lead processing, contact and company database management, location data mapping, and generating professional reports, ensuring our sales and operations teams have reliable information at all times.
Responsibilities :
1. Lead and Account Processing
2. Data Entry, Quality, and Enrichment
3. Database Integrity and Location Mapping
o Client warehouse and office addresses.
o Third-Party Logistics (3PL) facility locations.
o Supplier depot addresses.
o Ensure all entries are properly labeled, categorized, and up-to-date within the system.
4. Reporting and System Support
Required Skills and Experience
Technical Proficiency : Must be an
Expert User
in the full Microsoft Office Suite, specifically :
o Microsoft Excel : Advanced proficiency required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, data filtering, conditional formatting).
o Experience with Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook.
Data Focus : Exceptional attention to detail, a methodical approach, and a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity are paramount.
Experience :
Proven background in a data entry, back-office, administrative, or similar data management support role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
Communication : Drafting-level English Communication is required. The candidate must be able to compose clear, professional, and grammatically correct emails for internal communication and essential external data gathering.
Work Ethic : Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
