Integration Developer- WORKATO

Job Description

• Technical Delivery : Design, develop, test, and implement robust integration solutions on the Workato iPaaS platform, adhering to the highest standards of quality, performance, and security.
• Migration Execution : Actively participate in the technical analysis and execution of migrating existing interfaces from TIBCO / Java Microservices to WORKATO, ensuring a smooth and reliable transition.
• Best Practices & Quality : Contribute to team best practices by writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across the platform.
• Problem Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in integration workflows, from development through to production environments.
• Collaboration : Work closely with Technical Leads, architects, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Documentation : Create and maintain clear technical documentation for all developed solutions, including data mappings, API specifications, and support guides.

The Successful Applicant

• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on enterprise integration.
• Direct development experience with WORKATO for enterprise projects is highly desirable.
• Proven, hands-on development experience in at least one significant migration project from a traditional middleware platform (like TIBCO, MuleSoft) to a modern iPaaS solution.
• Experience contributing to the design and architecture of complex integration solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical details clearly to team members and immediate counterparts.
• A strong background in a language like Java or Python is required , as it demonstrates a solid understanding of fundamental software engineering principles.
