About Position :

We are seeking for Tibco Support resources for 24X7 production support working.

  • Role : Tibco Support
  • Location : Mumbai
  • Experience : 3-5years
  • Job Type : Full Time Employment

What You'll Do :

  • Will resolve issues raised by business / application users within given timeframe
  • Perform TIBCO Administration activities such as installation and configuration of servers and API configuration
  • Participate in upgradation of software as required
  • Monitor applications, APIs, and Server health and work upon as per warnings / alerts
  • Support development team to deploy application in Production environment
  • Migrations of APIs based on server upgrades in given environments
  • Reduce the ticket backlog and perform problem management
  • On-Call Support for production critical applications where stringent compliance is essential
  • Liaise with customers and manage customers’ expectations on incidents
  • Define, document and implement processes and procedures for supporting production environment

    • Expertise You'll Bring :

  • Experience level : 3 to 5 years
  • Excellent skills in TIBCO BW 5 and BW 6
  • Hands on experience in TIBCO BW, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO DESIGNER and TIBCO ADMINISTRATOR / TEA
  • DevOps knowledge
  • Knowledge of orchestration of webServices, SOAP / REST services
  • Working Knowledge on HAWK
  • Hand on experience on Linux and Shell scripting
  • Java (Desirable)
  • Work as L1 / L2 support engineer to manage and work on Incidents and resolutions.
