Role Overview

As a Senior Associate – SAP SuccessFactors (RCM / ONB), you will analyze business requirements, design and configure Talent Acquisition modules, support integrations, perform testing, and provide ongoing support to clients. You’ll play a key role in driving successful cloud HR transformations using SAP SuccessFactors best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and recommend effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions
Design, configure, and document SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding modules
Support integration and data-related functional specifications
Develop and maintain test scripts, scenarios, and assist in UAT
Provide application support, system testing, and end-user training
Collaborate with clients, participate in workshops, and lead documentation efforts
Support knowledge transfer, creation of training materials, and user enablement

What You Bring?

Proven experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (Recruiting & Onboarding)

Understanding of cross-module integration points

Ability to analyze business problems and provide clear solution recommendations

Strong communication and collaboration skills with client-facing experience

Experience working in cloud implementation methodologies

Minimum 4 full-cycle implementations in Recruiting & Onboarding

Experience leading teams and client workshops

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

Ability to work with diverse teams and adapt to new technologies

Strong documentation and training delivery skills
