What youll do :

• Design, build, and maintain Django / DRF APIs and backend services.
• Model data effectively; write clean queries; handle migrations safely.
• Implement background jobs (e.g., Celery) and basic observability (logs / metrics).
• Ship features end-to-end : requirements / API / small UI hooks (HTML / CSS / JS) / deploy.
• Practice secure-by-default coding (authZ / authN, webhooks, input validation).
• Work directly with the founder; break down tasks, estimate, and hit weekly releases.
