Role- Salesforce Architect

Experience- 10+yrs

Responsibilities-

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce (SFDC) CRM implementations, including solution design, development, deployment, and optimization.
• Design and develop scalable software components with a strong focus on service-oriented architecture (SOA) and system integrations.
• Architect and implement Salesforce solutions from scratch, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and future states, and deliver effective CRM solutions.
• Design and manage Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Oversee AppExchange application deployments and Salesforce package management.
• Provide technical leadership across Lightning UI, Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, APIs, and Web Services.
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and ethical data handling.
• Drive continuous improvement, simplification, and service excellence across Salesforce platforms.

Requirements-

• In-depth experience with Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, and end-to-end CRM implementations.
• Integration between Salesforce and enterprise systems
• Experience with integration tools.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and Salesforce development frameworks.
• Strong deployment experience using SFDX, Git source control, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms such as Azure and Databricks.
• Working knowledge of SQL and MS Office Suite (desirable).
