We are hiring for a leading FMCG ( food) brand in India for their new business division for Specialty hot beverages products .

Role Description

• The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing the specialty foods division, developing business strategies, driving sales growth, managing budgets
• Ensure product line growth and leading a team to achieve business objectives.
• Develop Roadmap for the Specialty product line & Formulate brand strategy
• Oversee business of Ecommerce,D2C marketplaces
• The role involves market analysis, relationship management with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Responsible for Strategic Leadership
• Accountable for P & L
