Job Role

As an Associate – Delegate Relations, you will play a key supporting role in coordinating communication with event delegates, maintaining data trackers, assisting with research on target audiences, and supporting outreach activities. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delegate engagement before, during, and after events. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in events, communications, or client engagement to gain hands-on experience in a global-facing organisation.

Experience : Minimum 2 years in corporate events, delegate relations or corporate communications.

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Location : Ahmedabad

Role Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

Support coordination and communication with event delegates

Assist in maintaining trackers and reporting systems for delegate participation

Help in organising and managing event-related data, including exploring basic tools / software.

Share timely information with delegates and assist in addressing queries

Work with programme and sales teams to support stakeholder communication

Conduct desk research to identify target audiences and relevant industry groups

Support outreach efforts to build relationships with networks, associations, and organisations

Assist in drafting communication material and messages for delegates

Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events across different channels

Contribute to post-event reports by collecting feedback and highlighting key observations

Skills Required

Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of MS Office; exposure to CRM / event management tools would be a plus

Eagerness to learn and grow in the events and business communication space.
