This role focuses on building and maintaining high-quality iOS applications, implementing new features, and ensuring excellent user experiences through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.What You Will DoDevelopment & Engineering- Develop, and implement new features for iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI- Enhance and optimize existing features to improve performance, user experience, and code maintainability- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and technical issues in a timely manner- Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following industry best practices and SwiftLint standards- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersCollaboration & Delivery- Collaborate closely with UI / UX teams to translate designs into pixel-perfect, intuitive user interfaces- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including backend engineers, product managers, and QA- Manage the complete iOS app release cycle and ensure successful App Store deployments- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile development environmentTechnical Leadership- Contribute to technical decision-making and architecture discussions- Stay current with iOS development trends, Apple's latest technologies, and industry best practices- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the teamWhat You Need- Proficient in Swift with strong understanding of language fundamentals and advanced concepts- Expert-level SwiftUI experience with ability to create complex, responsive user interfaces- Git proficiency including branching strategies, merge conflict resolution, and collaborative workflows- Strong understanding of iOS SDK, frameworks, and Apple's Human Interface Guidelines- Experience with iOS app architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture)- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and network programming- Understanding of iOS security best practices and secure coding principlesExperience & Education- 5+ years of professional iOS development experience- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience- Proven track record of shipping production iOS applications to the App Store- Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environmentsPreferred Qualifications- VPN and DNS proxy knowledge - understanding of networking protocols and proxy implementations- Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks- Knowledge of performance optimization and memory management- Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles- Understanding of backend technologies and API design- Previous experience mentoring junior developersWhat Makes You Eligible- Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.- Dedicated performer & team player with the ability to advocate appropriately for product quality.- Relentless learner with a dedication to learn new technologies and test methods- Self-driven and Innovative to drive continuous improvements in Test process- Resourcefulness in triaging problems and coordinating with multiple teams for issue resolution- Strong written, verbal communication and inter personal relationship skillsYou Belong HereHARMAN is committed to making every employee feel welcomed, valued, and empowered.
