Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled SAP RTR (Record to Report) Consultant to support and implement SAP Finance and Controlling solutions, with a strong focus on revenue recognition and OpenText VIM. The role involves both post-go-live support and hands-on implementation responsibilities, ensuring seamless financial operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

Implementation Responsibilities

Lead or support the implementation of SAP RTR processes in S / 4HANA environments.

Conduct business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.

Configure SAP FICO modules and OpenText VIM components to meet business needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, CO) for end-to-end process integration.

Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects and coordinate with technical teams.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT with business users.

Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities.

Provide hypercare and knowledge transfer post go-live.

Required Skills & Experience :

8 – 15 years of experience in SAP FICO with at least 2 full-cycle RTR implementations.

Strong knowledge of revenue recognition (IFRS15 / ASC606).

2+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText VIM :

Workflow configuration and troubleshooting

Integration with SAP AP and MM

Experience with SAP S / 4HANA (1909 or later preferred).

Familiarity with SAP integration points : FI-MM, FI-SD, and CO.

Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable Qualifications :

SAP Certification in FICO or S / 4HANA Finance.

Experience with SAP Solution Manager and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).

Domain experience in manufacturing, engineering, or utilities is a plus.

Soft Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global delivery models.
