Key Responsibilities / Duties :
- Engage with requesters to understand and gather email campaign requirements
- Provide clear communication on project timelines and deliverables
- Handle client feedback and revisions efficiently
- Create pixel-perfect responsive email templates using HTML and CSS
- Ensure all emails adhere to branding guidelines and best practices
- Offer recommendations for design elements and email strategies to drive engagement
- Support and collaborate with the Digital Automation team on daily EMEA campaigns
- Integrate developed email templates into Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot)
- Experience working with Dynamic Content to create and support multi-language and / or regional personalization
- Perform quality assurance, ensure email renders across browsers, devices and meets quality requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug proprietary email code to resolve rendering and compatibility issues across a wide range of email clients (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, mobile devices, etc.), ensuring consistent user experience.
- Strong understanding of email client limitations and best practices for coding responsive, cross-platform emails.
- Experience using tools and techniques to test and optimize email rendering across various platforms and devices.
- Build web experiences using HTML / CSS / HML(Pardot Handlebars Merge Language) / JavaScript (front end) a plus
- Maintain a clean and organized email design system codebase
Work Experience / Knowledge :
5+ years of experience in email developmentExperience working with email code. Advanced with HTML, CSS, HML(Pardot Handlebars Merge Language), and responsive design, comfortable with HTML for emailExperience working with Adobe Creative Suite, comfortable translating design file into functional HTMLExperience with email automation platforms, especially Pardot, and to a lesser extent SFMCEye for design, passionate about building UX best practices into every projectExcellent project management and communication skillsStay up to date on newest tools and tactics in email marketingMaintain big picture understanding of dependencies within journeysExperience working in an agile environment preferredFinancial services / asset management experience a plusMust be proficient in English, with additional European languages a plusSkills / Other Personal Attributes Required :
