Job Title : Fashion Design Faculty

Location : Baramati, Maharashtra

Responsibilities

Teach and mentor students in Fashion Design fundamentals, including garment construction, pattern making, draping, textiles, and fashion illustration.

Deliver engaging lectures, practical workshops, and studio sessions.

Guide students in portfolio development and creative projects.

Stay updated with current fashion trends and technologies to enhance the curriculum.

Support students in preparing for competitions, exhibitions, and industry projects.

Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and evaluation.

Provide career guidance, internships, and placement support to students.

Collaborate with colleagues to organize seminars, fashion shows, and guest lectures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field (NIFT / NID or reputed institute preferred).

Prior teaching / training experience in fashion design (minimum 2–3 years preferred).

Strong knowledge of fashion illustration, garment construction, CAD tools (CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, CLO3D, etc.).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to inspire and mentor students with creativity and innovation.

Industry exposure through fashion shows, design houses, or brand collaborations will be an added advantage.
