Educational Qualifications :
- Bachelors in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Business Administration. MBA / M. Com preferred from reputed institution.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Financial Planning & Budgeting :
Develop and implement SOPs and annual budgets across all entities and departments.Prepare and monitor annual budgets and forecasts for all group companies (India, NL, IE, UK).Align financial goals with sales, marketing, and operational plans.Track budget adherence, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.2. Cost & Profitability Analysis :
Conduct SKU-level profitability and margin analysis across products and markets.Evaluate cost drivers including production, logistics, import duties, and shipping.Recommend pricing and cost-control strategies to maintain competitiveness.Review organizational financial health and implement improvement measures.3. Working Capital, Cash Flow & Treasury Management :
Develop forward-looking cash flow plans to ensure liquidity and stability.Manage receivables, payables, and inventory cycles across multiple countries.Report monthly cash flow performance and key insights to management.Coordinate with banks for credit facilities, import / export financing, bill discounting, stock hypothecation, and working capital optimization.4. Financial Analysis, Reporting & Compliance :
Oversee preparation of consolidated financial statements for all regions.Ensure compliance with IFRS, Ind AS, Dutch and Irish financial standards, and statutory laws.Lead audit finalization (statutory, internal, external) and maintain reporting accuracy.Uphold ethical governance, confidentiality, and transparency in disclosures.5. Risk & Strategic Financial Management :
Manage currency / forex exposure (EUR, GBP, CHF, etc.), and mitigate risk through hedging strategies.Assess and manage risks in commodity pricing, shipping, and logistics.Support new projects, ROI analysis, financial blueprints, and investment feasibility studies.Provide insights for strategic decision-making and profitability enhancement.6. Cost Control & Process Improvement :
Conduct detailed cost analysis and identify areas for financial efficiency.Implement SOPs, internal controls, and automation to enhance accuracy and reduce rework.Drive ERP improvements, standardize reporting, and ensure process discipline.Lead continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across finance teams.7. Leadership, Banking & Stakeholder Management :
Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.Negotiate and manage financial arrangements, funding, and risk control measures.Mentor and develop junior finance staff across multiple geographies.Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support business growth and trade activities.Participate in leadership reviews, planning sessions, and global finance alignment.8. Global Compliance & Governance :
