What You’ll Do

Create visual content for digital media (social posts, web banners, email campaigns, ads)

Design assets for print (Datasheets, flyers, brochures, posters, business cards, event collaterals)

Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand design needs and ensure cohesion

Interpret briefs, propose design concepts, present mockups, and deliver final artwork

Maintain and evolve our brand identity guidelines

Prepare files for print and digital deployment (color correction, format conversions, typography, layout)

Preparing product datasheets, other manuals and comapny documents

Coordinate with external vendors (printers, photographers, etc.) when needed

Handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities

Keep up with design trends, tools, and industry best practices

What We’re Looking For

Must-have Skills & Qualifications :

Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (or equivalent)

Strong portfolio showing both digital and print design

Good grasp of color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, composition

Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency

Good communication — ability to take feedback, articulate ideas

Ability to work independently and manage time

Preferred / Plus :

Experience with motion graphics / animation / video editing

Basic knowledge of UI / UX or web design

Familiarity with social media specs for various platforms

Prior experience in tech / IT / SaaS / services domain

Education & Experience :

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or related

0–3 years experience (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome)
