To keep up with this pace, we’re looking for a dynamic, proactive, and people-smart professional to take charge of sales calls, operations, and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Interaction & Sales Support
• Conduct inbound and outbound communications with students and parents to help them with our services.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Update and manage lead information in CRM or Excel databases.
• Convert warm leads into active enrollments.
• Schedule and coordinate student sessions, workshops, and webinars.
• Collaborate with vendors, counsellors, and partners as necessary.
• Assist the Founder in managing daily operations, follow-ups, and execution plans.
• Ensure effective communication across email, WhatsApp, and internal platforms.
