What You'll Do
- Connect with potential learners through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Engage with participants before and after webinars or masterclasses to guide them on the next steps.
- Build instant rapport, understand their goals, and recommend the right learning programs.
- Clearly explain program benefits, handle queries, and assist with smooth enrollments.
- Keep track of leads and communication in the CRM.
- Monitor your daily performance calls, conversations, and conversions and celebrate your wins!
