AVP, Delivery Lead - SAP FPSL

Job Summary

• Release planning and maintain hygiene towards preparation of release activity
• Maintain a centralized release calendar across Aspire DATA & Aspire FPSL Team and product teams.
• Manage the application release process, ADO pipeline and artifacts collection, to ensure the release follow and compliant with Bank standards.
• Support tech delivery lead in coordinating and managing technical related tasks and activities.
• Assist Solution Intent and architecture review.
• Coordinate with global tech and up / down stream development teams to deliver the project needs.
• Coordinate with Vendors to ensure vendor's solution meet Bank standards.
• Support delivery lead to monitor technology delivery progress.
• Drive release readiness reviews, ensuring code freeze, QA sign-off, and documentation are complete.
• Identify patterns in release challenges and work with leadership to improve processes.
• Communicate the release-related tasks such as plans, timelines, requirements, etc. between different teams.
• Handle changes end to end related to release
• Work closely with Testing team for TDA , RT & PT closer
