Hiring : AVP / VP – Risk Engineering (Power Sector) Location : Pan-India | Travel : 70–90 days / year (domestic & global)

We’re looking for a seasoned Risk Engineer with strong experience in thermal / hydro power plants (renewables a plus) to lead high-impact risk assessments, site surveys, and technical evaluations for top-tier energy clients.

What You’ll Do :

Conduct detailed risk surveys at power generation facilities

Deliver actionable risk reports with loss estimates & improvement plans

Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Ops, and Insurance

Support new project reviews and international risk placements

Work closely with business leaders, from engineers to CXOs

✅ Must-Haves :

8–15 years in Operations / Maintenance in power plants

Strong grip on technical audits, risk analysis, and reporting

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Mechanical Engineering degree (IIT / NIT preferred)
