Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Architect - Interiors based in Pune. The Senior Project Architect will be responsible for managing interior design projects from conception to completion. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and contractors, managing project timelines and budgets, preparing and reviewing submittals, and ensuring compliance with design standards. The role also includes leading project teams, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, and ensuring adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and interior design, Fitouts
• Experience in handling large-scale projects
• Proficiency with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
• Ability to prepare and review project submittals
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Previous experience in a senior architectural role is preferred
