Strategy Associate Manager

to join our growing team and help shape the next generation of medical education.

About the Role

As a

Strategy Associate Manager (MBBS / BDS) , you’ll play a crucial role in understanding NEET PG / FMGE aspirants’ journeys, gathering insights, and driving innovative initiatives to enhance learning outcomes and engagement.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Strategy Manager, faculty members, and cross-functional teams to innovate content, improve student experiences, and build faculty brands across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Contribution & Product Innovation

Map student journeys and identify core challenges across NEET PG / FMGE segments (repeaters, freshers, FMGs).

Propose actionable solutions for content improvement, app experience, and GTM strategies.

Design and launch product innovations and pilot initiatives.

Build dashboards and real-time feedback loops from student touchpoints (app, YouTube, Telegram).

2. Faculty Brand Building & Social Growth

Collaborate with faculty to enhance their presence on Instagram and YouTube.

Create personal brand strategies, track engagement metrics, and optimize performance.

Execute faculty collaborations and viral content campaigns.

3. Student Engagement & Community Initiatives

Manage Telegram communities to offer academic and emotional support.

Launch campaigns around key exam milestones and organize online discussions and events.

4. YouTube & Content Strategy

Contribute to YouTube planning, ideation, and performance tracking.

Suggest content hooks, thumbnails, and topics aligned with student search trends.

5. Feedback Collection & Analysis

Conduct surveys, focus groups, and student interviews to gather actionable insights.

Present findings and recommendations to product and content teams.

6. Process Optimization

Audit the student journey and identify areas for improvement in content discovery and support.

Propose SOPs for a seamless learner experience.

Qualifications

MBBS or BDS degree is mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset and comfort working with data.

Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is a plus.

Willingness to connect with

10–15 students weekly

(via call or Google Meet).
