Job Title : Syncade MES Engineer

Experience : 4–10 Years

Location : ( Hybrid - Pune)

Industry : Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences / Manufacturing IT

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Syncade MES Engineer to support and lead MES project execution in the pharmaceutical manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing MES solutions and working directly with customers to translate requirements into functional designs and technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the detailed design and implementation of MES solutions using Emerson Syncade .
Conduct requirement gathering sessions and solution review workshops with customers.
Develop functional and technical design documents based on business requirements.
Implement MES workflows using Syncade Recipe Authoring , VB.Net, ASP.Net, C#, and SQL.
Design and configure databases to support MES functions.
Ensure compliance with GAMP , 21 CFR Part 11 , and pharmaceutical validation standards.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computers / Electronics / Instrumentation) or

Master’s in Instrumentation / Computer Science .

4–10 years of total experience in Automation / MES.

Minimum 2 years experience in MES (Syncade preferred), or hands-on experience with :

Rockwell, Werum PAS-X, Siemens, ABB MES, or

Pharmaceutical batch automation systems.

Technical Skills :

Syncade Recipe Authoring

VB Script, HTML, XML

SQL Database Design & Development

Understanding of Pharma manufacturing processes

Knowledge of GAMP, FDA Validation & 21 CFR Part 11

Soft Skills :

Strong written and verbal communication.

Ability to lead tasks and collaborate across teams.
