About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with strong functional testing expertise and hands-on experience in Salesforce / CRM environments. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of test case design, database validation, and end-to-end testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive functional and regression testing for Salesforce / CRM applications.

Design, write, and execute detailed test cases and ensure full test coverage.

Conduct database testing using SQL to validate data integrity and backend processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, log, and track defects throughout the defect life cycle.

Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of testing deliverables.

Provide clear testing reports and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Manual Functional Testing (5–8 years).

Solid understanding of Salesforce / CRM systems.

Expertise in SQL for database validation and testing.

Proficient in test case creation, execution, and analysis.

Familiarity with API testing tools and Defect Management systems.

Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies and Azure DevOps (basic knowledge).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good-to-Have Skills

Basic Automation Testing knowledge (Selenium / C#).

Healthcare domain experience.
