Job descriptionContent Creation : Manage polaroid sessions and development content. Logistics : Oversee models' schedules and logistical arrangements. Shoot Management : Handle editorials, test shoots, and model development. Client Relations : Nurture and maintain strong client relationships. Scouting & Database : Actively scout for new talent and creatives, and build a comprehensive database of industry professionals. Event Organization : Plan and execute scouting and model search events. Experience in talent management, talent scouting, and relationship building Strong negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills Knowledge of industry trends and market demands in fashion, film, and advertising Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in administrative tasks and managing schedules A background in fashion, marketing, or a related field is advantageous Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
