Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist will assess and develop individualized therapy plans for children to improve their fine and gross motor skills, self-care abilities, and overall functionality. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, collaborating with parents and caregivers, maintaining detailed progress records, and contributing to a multidisciplinary team to support children's physical, cognitive, and emotional development.

Qualifications

Expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation

Basic understanding of Medicine and pediatric care

Strong Communication skills for collaboration with parents, educators, and team members

Experience working with children (Pediatrics focus) is highly desirable

Empathy, patience, and a commitment to supporting children of varying needs

AIOTA license

Graduation : (if BOT, minimum of 1 year experience required)

Graduation : (if MOT, no work experience required)

Should know to develop goal-plans for children

Capable to take assessments / evaluations

Should be upgraded to current therapies

Should be equipped with Sensory Integration
