Key Responsibilities :

Full-Stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN).

Frontend Development : Implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React.js. Work with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to create dynamic web applications.

Backend Development : Develop server-side logic and APIs using Node.js and Express.js, ensuring robust functionality and scalability.

Database Management : Work with MongoDB to design and maintain data models and databases, ensuring effective data management and optimized performance.

Integration : Develop and manage API integrations between the front-end and back-end, ensuring efficient data transfer and smooth communication across the stack.

Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Implement caching and other optimization techniques as needed.

Version Control : Use Git for version control and collaborate with other developers through Git repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).

Collaboration : Work closely with UX / UI designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure seamless application functionality and design.

Testing and Debugging : Write unit and integration tests, debug issues, and ensure high-quality code is maintained.

Agile Development : Participate in Agile sprints and collaborate in the planning, development, and deployment cycles.

Continuous Learning : Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in web development, and proactively suggest improvements to current systems.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN), and will work on developing dynamic, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration across the stack, and helping us build scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+ features.

Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks like React.js.

Experience with Node.js for server-side development and Express.js for building RESTful APIs.

Familiarity with MongoDB for building and managing NoSQL databases.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services architecture.

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Understanding of asynchronous programming and handling of async data in JavaScript.

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
