What we are looking for : We are seeking a skilled AWS Platform Engineer to join our team and

revolutionize how our developers build and deploy applications. This mid-level position is for someone

passionate about enhancing developer experience (DevEx) and productivity by building a self-service,

reliable, and efficient internal cloud platform on Amazon Web Services (AWS). You will be at the

forefront of abstracting the complexities of AWS, empowering development squads to innovate faster

while ensuring security, compliance, and cost-effectiveness are built in.

This role embodies Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, focusing on the availability, performance,

and automation of the platform itself, defining and meeting Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for its

services. You'll also champion FinOps principles by designing and implementing cost control mechanisms

and promoting cost awareness. As a key member, you will actively contribute to and leverage our

vibrant Cloud Platforms Center of Excellence (CoE), sharing knowledge, defining standards, and fostering

a community of best practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AWS technologies, a

developer-centric mindset, and a drive to build robust, automated, and easy-to-use platform solutions.
