This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions such as operations recruitment onboarding employee engagement training & development administration and more in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Fluency in Hindi is Mandatory

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word)

Enthusiastic and eager to learn

Key Responsibilities :

• Post job openings and screen resumes
• Schedule interviews and assist with recruitment coordination
• Help with onboarding and induction procedures
• Maintain employee records and support HR documentation
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
• Track attendance and assist with leave records
• Participate in HR events and general administrative duties
