Technical Skills :
Work Hour Flexibility - Coverage : 24 x 5.
Flexibility to work in either morning / afternoon / night shift based on roster.
Expected to have hands-on ServiceNow automation and workflow creation experience.
Expected to have prior experience in PowerShell / Python, particularly around automation and RPA.
Expected to have prior RPA implementation and operations experience.
Microsoft Power Automate : 3.5 / 5
Expected to have experience with Power Automate (preferred) or any other orchestration platform.
Responsibilities :
Provide engineering designs and technology enhancements to automate run-ops tasks
Liaise with Integrated Operations Center and resolver groups to manage automated IT operations
Build and maintain python / ansible codebase focused on server / network automation
Work with Application Owners to establish best practices and capture lessons learned, and technological approaches.
Track, Manage and Improve on Mean Time Between Failures and Mean Time to Repair
Establish integrations with ITSM tools such as SNow
Create self-servicing tools
Profile :
At least 2 years of enterprise monitoring & alerting tools experience
At least 2 years Linux / Windows system administration experience
Command Center Automation Engineer – on any of the automation tools – MS Orchestrator, IBM suite, BMC enterprise technologies, HPSM suite.
On Automation side – strong knowledge pf python, bash, powershell for automation of daily activities.
Hands on expertise in Event, Incident and IT Process Automations
The knowledge and a firsthand experience in developing such processes - The tools to know or handle are An Orchestrator VMware VRO
Familiar with REST APIs web services and integration principles
Familiarity with scripting languages like java script and knowledge on containerization is good to have
Familiarity with Jenkins, selenium is good to have
