Position : Managing HR Business Partner (Sr. General Manager)
Experience : 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with mandatory plant / site experience.
Minimum Requirement :
- 15+ years of HR leadership experience in Oil & Gas sector / manufacturing plant, driving HR strategy across plant and corporate operations
- Expertise in workforce planning, employee engagement, industrial relations, and contract labour management for large-scale projects.
- Proven track record in implementing HR systems, policy frameworks, statutory compliance, and administration support in plant environments.
- Strong background in handling greenfield / brownfield projects.
- Skilled in capability / skill building, learning & development, and competency mapping / assessment.
- Will be Preferred Advantage : Labour Welfare Officer Certification.
