Overview of the Role :
The Senior Sales Development Associate (SSDA) will be responsible for implementing account management programs covering TresVista's Focused accounts. The SSDA will ensure high levels of client engagement and integration thereby minimizing client attrition. The role will also be implementing programs to identify and generate new business opportunities for TresVista. The role reports to the VP of the Focused Accounts Relationship Management Team (FARM) and will work very closely with the VPs across the firm's Delivery teams in developing programs that enhance client engagement and ensure high levels of client integration. SSDA will be expected to provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to the SDAs.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the assigned Focused accounts through research, networking, and outreachCollaborate with the Market Development, Product and Marketing teams to create and execute targeted campaignsPrepare and deliver presentations to potential clients as directed by the VP of FARMMaintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM systemProvide regular updates to the leadership team on progress and resultsProvide account management services to Focused accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and address issues or concerns promptlyFoster and maintain long-term relationships with key clientsWork closely with VPs across the firm's Delivery teams to develop programs that enhance client engagement and ensure high levels of client integrationDrive, track, and manage the implementation of various programs and initiatives aimed at retention management and identifying expansion opportunitiesProvide mentorship, direction and training to the SDAs in the FARMPrerequisites :
Strong understanding of the sales process and techniquesProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareKnowledge of market research and analysis techniques is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to develop and deliver effective presentations is preferredStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail is preferredExperience :
4+ years of experience (Bachelor's degree) or 3+ years of experience (Master's degree) in Sales or Business Development, preferably in the Financial Services or Consulting industryEducation :
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related fieldAn MBA or equivalent is preferredCompensation :
The compensation structure will be as per industry standards
