About the Role :

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in managing premium restaurants, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor relations.

Implement and maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Drive revenue growth through cost control, upselling, and innovative strategies.

Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements :

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager (preferably in fine dining or premium casual dining).

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Proven track record of achieving operational and financial targets.
