Junior Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

Responsible to ensure all electromechanical daily maintenance and AMCs in place.

Ensure compliance with basic statutory requirements like licence, permits etc.

Maintain up-to-date records, documentation in accordance with established procedures.

Processing of Invoices, Follow ups with Vendor Payments.

Maintaining inventory of materials of electrical, Plumbing consumables

Skills

Strong Technical Knowledge of MEP, HAVC and fire fighting systems.

Knowledge of procurement process and Initiation of procurement request through Ariba.

Knowledge on technical operations, Safety, fire fighting and fire control system, physical security and its integration with BMS

Good understanding of safe work practices and proficient understanding of sensitive facility components that may impacted by failures or malfunctions of infrastructure systems.

Good analytical, Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work within a diverse team.

Aware of laws relates facility compliance and operations.

Good Liaoning with Local govt departments.

Vendor Management skills.
