We are expanding our client base (domestic & global airports and related adjacencies) and enhancing our portfolio : managed services, new digital services / products, airport services platforms, etc.

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior HR leader to architect and drive WAISL’s Talent Development & Management strategy, capability building, and succession planning. This person will ensure that talent practices are future-ready, aligned with business goals, and scalable as we scale up operations and revenues. The role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, requiring close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to effectively drive organization-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Development

• Define and implement a robust role taxonomy and skill-dictionary across technology, operations, and service domains.
• Lead role mapping & job leveling to ensure clarity in roles, skills, career paths and capacity planning.
• Design and maintain functional, technical, leadership learning roadmaps;

introduce programs suchas coaching, mentoring, stretch assignments.
