Sr. Tender Engineer

Roles & Responsibility : 1) Provide support to the Tender Manager in the day-to-day actions of the tendering team. 2) Process customer request for quotations efficiently to meet the customer requested date. If you are unable to meet customer requested date, then escalate to Tender manager for review. 3) Interpret customer specifications to ensure the correct requirements are delivered. 4) Any ambiguities must be clarified with opportunity leader prior to uploading request for quotation in bFO. 5) Ensure customer and opportunity leader are aware of any non-compliance in the offer. 6) Ensure all Terms and Conditions are as per standard. Any deviations from standard Terms and Conditions must be raised to Tendering Manager prior to offer being upload to bFO. 7) Prepare hand over documents as per ETO Toolbox Classification. 8) Attend handover meeting as a representative from the tendering team. 9) Undertake encourage self-development, either through Schneider University, e-learning or external training Experience : 1) 5 to 7 years’ experience in Medium Voltage Switchgear Tendering / Design / Marketing. 2) Knowledge of MV Switchgear product. Qualifications BE Electrical from reputed engineering college Schedule : Full-time Req : FRJ
