Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP BTP and SCT with a preference for experience in the Medical Devices domain and iRCAS. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions. The position offers a day shift schedule with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Design and implement robust SAP BTP solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop comprehensive functional specifications and documentation to support system enhancements and integrations.
Provide expert guidance on SCT processes ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
Oversee the deployment of solutions ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Monitor system performance and provide ongoing support to address any issues or enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and capabilities.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the Medical Devices domain.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize system performance and user experience.
Contribute to the development of strategic plans and roadmaps for technology initiatives.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in SAP BTP and SCT demonstrating a deep understanding of their functionalities.

Have a strong background in the Medical Devices domain with knowledge of iRCAS being a plus.

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.

Exhibit strong communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.

Display a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

Have a proven track record of successfully managing and executing projects within specified timelines.
