Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Digital Growth Associate. You will be at the forefront of driving our online presence and digital growth strategy. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach, maximizing sales opportunities, and enhancing customer engagement in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Work Mode & Compensation

Location : Faridabad (On-site) — Hybrid or remote options may be considered for candidates demonstrating strong capability and commitment.
Compensation : ₹1.8 – ₹2.4 LPA + Performance Linked Incentive
Flexibility : Full-time role, however, it may be converted to a part-time opportunity , provided the candidate can deliver the same level of output and performance expectations

Responsibilities : Website & SEO

Own and optimise the company website built on WordPress

Build & execute on-page, off-page and technical SEO

Marketing

Generating sales through paid campaigns on digital channels, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.

Increase the web & digital presence on various platforms such as Google, Medium etc.

Create various types of email campaigns, design HTML email templates, and utilize email marketing tools like Mailchimp

Design

Design high-impact graphics, templates, and visual banners

Create short form videos for publication on Social channels

Qualifications

1-3 years of relevant work experience in Digital Marketing

Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies

Sense of Digital Marketing Tools such as Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Mail Chimp

Experience in developing images and short videos using Canva, Adobe, Veed etc.

Understanding of sales and marketing principles to contribute to growth strategies.

Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Skills Required

Wordpress, Canva, Adobe, mailchimp, Google Analytics, Sem, Seo
