Job descriptionFull-cycle hiring for retail stores & corporate roles HR policy creation & SOP development Payroll, compliance & statutory management HR budgeting & manpower planning HRMS / software implementation Training, performance management & employee engagement Culture-building for a brand entering aggressive retail expansion 7–12 years of HR experience (Jewellery / Retail experience is a big plus!) Someone who can think strategically but act hands-on Strong in compliance, payroll, and multi-store HR operations Confident in building processes, implementing systems, and working closely with leadership Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil languages.
