Location : Stepcare, Whitefield, Bangalore

Employment : Full-Time / Part-Time

Role Overview

Stepcare Healthcare is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with 5–10 years of professional experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. The candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality creatives, shooting and editing videos, and managing visual content for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop visual content for marketing materials, digital campaigns, social media, website, and patient communication.
  • Shoot and edit promotional videos, ads, and short reels for social media.
  • Create animated videos for patient education, service promotion, and brand awareness.
  • Design posters, banners, brochures, and in-clinic branding materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to plan and execute content calendars.
  • Manage social media creatives, posting formats, and visual engagement strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented setup.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong experience in video shooting, editing, and motion graphics.
  • Ability to create animated videos and dynamic content for social media.
  • Understanding of current social media trends and formats.
  • Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Portfolio demonstrating design, video, and animation skills.
