About the Role
We're seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive growth and optimize campaigns across multiple brands. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and results-oriented , with a proven ability to plan, execute, and scale high-performing digital campaigns.
You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end paid marketing activities — from strategy and setup to performance tracking and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) .
- Manage daily budgets , analyze performance metrics, and ensure efficient spend utilization.
- Conduct A / B testing on creatives, ad copy, and audiences to improve ROI.
- Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools .
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights and continuous optimization.
- Stay updated with latest trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes on Meta and Google Ads.
Must-Have Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads .Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA, CPC) and conversion tracking .Experience with campaign structuring, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies .Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) , Meta Business Manager, and ad tracking tools.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Immediate joiner — available to start right away.Willing to complete a short assignment as part of the second-round evaluation.Good to Have
Experience with e-commerce or D2C brands .Knowledge of landing page optimization, funnel marketing, and email automation .Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).Why Join Us
