- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple smart meter installation projects across allocated geographies.
- Define project strategy, goals, and delivery roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
- Monitor KPIs, timelines, budgets, and ensure adherence to regulatory and client requirements.
Project & Portfolio Management
- Establish governance frameworks for efficient monitoring, reporting, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee project managers, site engineers, and functional leads for seamless execution.
- Drive resource optimization across multiple projects ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the primary escalation point for clients, government bodies, DISCOMs, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular review meetings with clients and internal leadership to report progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Compliance, Quality & Safety
- Ensure all projects comply with regulatory standards, safety norms, and quality benchmarks.
- Drive implementation of best practices, process improvements, and innovative technologies.
People Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor project managers, technical teams, and support staff.
- Build a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, and capability building for large-scale deployments.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (Master's preferred).
- PMP / Prince2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- 15+ years of project management experience, with at least 8-10 years in large-scale infrastructure / utility projects.
- Proven track record in leading multi-location smart meter / power distribution / utility projects.
- Strong knowledge of DISCOM operations, AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure), and smart grid technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
