Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customs Broker EDI Executive in Dwarka. The Executive will be responsible for providing customer support and meeting internal compliances. Day-to-day tasks include checking documentation ,preparing check list ,addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth customer service experience.
