Candidate Profile Fit

Skills Match : Must have strong Fusion HCM experience (Payroll UK is a big plus).
Experience Match : 6+ years Oracle HCM functional experience; 4+ implementations.
Technical Fit : Fast Formulas writing capability.
Methodology : Familiarity with AIM / OUM phases and documentation.
Soft Skills : Communication and presentation.

Recruitment Notes

Target candidates with UK Payroll Fusion HCM experience .

Look for end-to-end implementation experience in at least 2 modules .

Candidates with Fusion OTL or Core HR exposure are preferable.

Shortlist from locations : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Noida .
