About the role :
We are looking to onboard a Performance Marketer who has managed end to end funnels, acted with high intent and high-agency and led marketing efforts across multiple channels, driving measurable acquisition and optimising ROI at scale. This is a strategic + execution-heavy role where you’ll work closely with the founding team to build and scale our marketing engine.
You’ll be responsible for campaign execution and performance optimization across digital channels.

Awareness & Acquisition
User Targeting - Define and segment personas, set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across channels like Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC, YouTube, Discovery), Meta Ads, Affiliate networks, and moreManage and optimise spend across acquisition channels with a strong focus on ROI, scale, and reducing cost per install / acquisition while maintaining user qualityLanding Pages & Conversion- Collaborate with product, design, and social teams to build and A / B test landing pages that improve conversions.Ongoing Optimization - Continuously monitor campaigns, refine bids, targeting, creatives, and placements based on data insightsAnalytics & Measurement
Build strong measurement and reporting frameworks - own attribution, data verification, and financial reconciliationTrack and report on metrics such as CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates .Performance Measurement & Reporting : Define, track, and report on key marketing KPIs (e.G., traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, retention rates) across all digital marketing channels (paid media, SEO, social, email, ASO).Tooling & Infrastructure : Work with data and engineering teams to ensure robust tracking mechanisms, data cleanliness, and the effective utilization of marketing analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics, Firebase, MMP, internal data platforms)Work with product managers / PMMs / Growth teams to identify drop-off points in the funnel and recommend fixes proactivelyWhat we are looking for :
At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketingPrior experience designing full-funnel marketing campaigns for Brokerages, AMCs, Wealth-tech startups is a plus.Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic advertising, and analytics platformsProven creative taste, with the ability to evaluate, edit, and refine digital content so that it performs and engages better.Strong analytical skills with experience in CAC, ROASHands-on experience with A / B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience targetingHighly analytical, data-obsessed, and business-focused-you speak in numbers and act on insights
