    • What Your Day Looks Like

  • Script, ideate, and plan engaging content for Instagram (reels, carousels, stories).
  • Build and execute monthly content calendars aligned with awareness days and fertility journeys.
  • Collaborate with editors, designers, and healthcare experts to bring ideas to life.
  • Track performance, learn from insights, and continuously scale what works.
  • Spot and leverage Instagram trends to keep our content fresh and impactful.
  • Infuse every piece with empathy, ensuring it resonates deeply with couples.

    • Skills You’ll Need

  • A natural storyteller who can make complex topics relatable and emotional.
  • Strong copywriting and scripting abilities for short-form video and social media.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram formats and strategies.
  • Experience leading or coordinating creative teams (video editors, designers, etc.).
  • Comfort with metrics and insights to guide decisions.
  • Sensitivity and empathy when creating content around personal journeys.
  • (Bonus) Experience with healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
