Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram for a Three.js / WebGL Developer (JavaScript 3D Expert) .

You will be responsible for building and optimizing real-time 3D humanoid experiences for the browser using Three.js, WebGL, and modern rendering techniques. The role includes implementing interactive animations, optimizing GPU performance, integrating 3D models (GLB / VRM), and collaborating with our AI, animation, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build interactive and high-performance 3D applications using Three.js and WebGL
• Integrate and optimize GLB / GLTF / VRM humanoid models
• Implement real-time animation systems (skeletal, morph targets, blendshapes)
• Develop lighting, shadows, PBR materials, and effects for realistic visuals
• Write clean, modular, and optimized JavaScript code
• Troubleshoot performance issues (FPS, GPU load, memory)
• Collaborate with 3D artists, AI developers, and animators
• Ensure smooth performance across desktop and Android browsers
